Banco Supervielle S.A. $300 Million Notes Offering
Davis Polk advised the initial purchasers in connection with a Rule 144A/Regulation S offering by Banco Supervielle S.A. of an aggregate principal amount of approximately ARS 4.8 billion ($300 million) Series A floating-rate notes due 2020.
Banco Supervielle S.A. is the fifth-largest Argentine private domestically controlled bank in terms of assets, with a strong geographic presence in the City of Buenos Aires and the greater Buenos Aires metropolitan area, Mendoza and San Luis. The company is controlled by the Supervielle family, which entered the Argentine banking sector in 1887. Grupo Supervielle S.A., the holding company of Banco Supervielle S.A., completed its international IPO in May 2016. The ADSs are listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “SUPV.”
