BBVA $1 billion preferred securities offering
We advised BBVA on its offering of contingent convertible perpetual preferred securities
Davis Polk advised Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria, S.A. on its SEC-registered offering of $1 billion aggregate liquidation preference of series 12 non-step-up non-cumulative contingent convertible perpetual preferred Tier 1 securities. The securities will be listed on the New York Stock Exchange.
