Davis Polk advised Bilander Acquisition Corp. on its $150 million initial public offering of 15,000,000 units. Each unit had an initial offering price of $10 and consists of one share of Class A common stock and one-fourth of one redeemable warrant. The units, the shares and the warrants are listed on the Nasdaq Capital Market.

Bilander Acquisition Corp. is a newly incorporated special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) whose business purpose is to effect a business combination with one or more businesses. The company is sponsored by True Wind Capital, a San Francisco-based, technology-focused private equity firm managing approximately $1.4 billion. The company intends to focus on targets in the technology industry.
