Colbún $600 million notes offering

Davis Polk advised the representatives of the initial purchasers in connection with a Rule 144A / Regulation S offering by Colbún S.A. of an aggregate principal amount of $600 million of 3.150% notes due 2032.
Colbún is engaged in the generation, transmission and supply of electricity in Chile and Peru. Colbún has a diverse generation portfolio composed of hydroelectric, thermoelectric and photovoltaic facilities and is Chile’s and Peru’s third-largest power generation company in terms of generation. Colbún is currently controlled by the Matte Group, one of Chile’s largest and most prominent investment groups.
