Davis Polk advised Comcast Corporation in connection with its SEC-registered debt offering of €900 million aggregate principal amount of its 3.250% notes due 2032, €900 million aggregate principal amount of its 3.550% notes due 2036 and £750 million aggregate principal amount of its 5.250% notes due 2040.

Comcast is a global media and technology company that reaches customers, viewers and guests worldwide through two primary businesses, Connectivity & Platforms and Content & Experiences. Comcast delivers broadband, wireless, video and voice services primarily under the Xfinity, Comcast Business and Sky brands; produces, distributes and streams leading entertainment, sports and news through brands including NBC, Telemundo, Universal, Peacock and Sky; and owns and operates Universal theme parks.
