Davis Polk Advises Banco Santander Chile on Its $500 Million Notes Offering
Davis Polk advised Banco Santander Chile in connection with its Rule 144A and Regulation S offering of $500 million aggregate principal amount of its 2.500% senior fixed-rate notes due 2020.

Banco Santander Chile is a member of the Santander Group, the principal financial group in Spain and one of the largest financial groups in the world in terms of market capitalization.
