Davis Polk Advises Comcast on Additional Investment by NBCUniversal in BuzzFeed
Davis Polk advised Comcast Corporation in connection with a $200 million equity investment by its subsidiary NBCUniversal in BuzzFeed, Inc. This investment follows an initial $200 million equity investment by NBCUniversal in BuzzFeed in September 2015 and will expand the strategic partnership between the two companies and fund the growth of BuzzFeed’s news and entertainment network.
