Davis Polk advised Comcast Corporation in connection with its acquisition of Deep Blue Communications, LLC. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Comcast is a global media and technology company with three primary businesses:  Comcast Cable, NBCUniversal and Sky. Headquartered in Latham New York, with satellite offices around the United States, Deep Blue Communications, LLC has been an industry leader for more than 15 years, engineering, installing and managing commercial WiFi networks and providing 24-hour WiFi support.
