Davis Polk Advises Equinix on the Acquisition of Data Centers from Verizon
Davis Polk is advising Equinix, Inc. on the $3.6 billion acquisition of Verizon Communications Inc.’s colocation services business at 24 data center sites, consisting of 29 data center buildings, located in the United States, Brazil and Colombia. The acquisition is expected to close by mid-2017.
