Davis Polk advised Hangzhou Hikvision Digital Technology Co., Ltd. (“Hikvision”) in connection with its debut issue of €400 million 1.25% notes due 2019. The notes are to be listed on the Irish Stock Exchange.

Hikvision, listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, is the largest provider of video surveillance solutions in the world in terms of revenue, with a focus on becoming a world-leading provider of intelligent video solutions and video content services. Headquartered in Hangzhou, Hikvision has an extensive sales and marketing network both domestically and internationally.
