Davis Polk Advises IHS Markit Ltd. on Its $350 Million Senior Notes Reopening
Davis Polk advised IHS Markit Ltd. in connection with its SEC-registered offering of an additional $350 million aggregate principal amount of its 4.250% senior notes due 2029. The additional notes will form a single series with the $600 million aggregate principal amount of 4.250% senior notes due 2029 that IHS Markit issued on April 8, 2019. The net proceeds from the offering were approximately $380.2 million, which IHS Markit intends to use to repay amounts outstanding under its multi-year revolving credit facility.
