Davis Polk is advising Orient Securities Company Limited in connection with the issue of $500 million bonds by Orient HuiZhi Limited, an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of Orient Securities Company, unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by Orient Securities Company.

Listed on both The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and the Shanghai Stock Exchange, Orient Securities Company is a domestic investment bank in the PRC, principally engaged in securities and futures brokerage, margin financing and securities lending, securities investment advisory, securities proprietary trading, asset management, agency sale of financial products, security underwriting and sponsorship and other business activities approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission.
