Davis Polk advised the agent, lead arrangers and bookrunners in connection with a $400 million five-year revolving credit facility for Digital Turbine, Inc. and certain of its subsidiaries. The facility will be used to fund the acquisitions of AdColony Holdings AS and for general corporate purposes.

AdColony Holding AS is a mobile advertising and marketing platform with more than 1.5 billion users globally. AdColony is known for its proprietary video technologies and rich media formats, as well as for its delivery of third-party verified viability rates for global brands.
