Equinix $2.6 billion bond offering, including $1 billion in green bonds
We advised Equinix on the SEC-registered notes offering
Davis Polk advised Equinix, Inc. on an SEC-registered offering of $2.6 billion aggregate principal amount of senior notes. The offering consisted of $700 million aggregate principal amount of 1.450% senior notes due 2026, $400 million aggregate principal amount of 2.000% senior notes due 2028, $1 billion aggregate principal amount of 2.500% senior green notes due 2031 and $500 million aggregate principal amount of 3.400% senior notes due 2052.
