Equinix acquisition of Packet Host
Davis Polk is advising Equinix, Inc. in connection with its acquisition of Packet Host Inc., the leading bare metal automation platform that provides innovative and developer-oriented bare metal services. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The acquisition of Packet represents an important step in Equinix’s larger initiative to accelerate the deployment and delivery of its interconnected edge services, and its strategy to help enterprises more seamlessly deploy hybrid multicloud architectures on Platform Equinix through a world class enterprise-grade bare metal offering.
