Equinor $5 billion notes offering
Davis Polk advised the joint book-running managers in connection with an SEC-registered offering by Equinor ASA of $1.25 billion aggregate principal amount of 2.875% fixed-rate notes due 2025, $500 million aggregate principal amount of 3.000% fixed-rate notes due 2027, $1.5 billion aggregate principal amount of 3.125% fixed-rate notes due 2030, $500 million aggregate principal amount of 3.625% fixed-rate notes due 2040 and $1.25 billion aggregate principal amount of 3.700% fixed-rate notes due 2050, guaranteed by its subsidiary, Equinor Energy AS.
