We are advising Everfox on the acquisition

Davis Polk is advising Everfox on its acquisition of Garrison Technology Ltd. The transaction is subject to regulatory review and customary closing conditions. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Everfox, formerly Forcepoint Federal, has been defending the world’s most critical data and networks against the most complex cyber threats imaginable for more than 25 years. Headquartered in Herndon, Virginia, Everfox provides a variety of cross domain, threat protection and insider risk solutions to governments and enterprise organizations.

Garrison is a London-based cybersecurity company founded in 2014 by Garrison’s current CEO, David Garfield, and current Chief Scientist, Henry Harrison. Garrison’s hardsec browser isolation solution, Garrison ULTRA, offers robust protection against web-based risks, including ransomware attacks, phishing and other forms of malware.
