Elizabeth’s practice focuses on advising public and private company clients on a wide range of executive compensation matters, including in the context of mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, IPOs and other transactions. She also advises clients on the design and implementation of equity and cash incentive compensation and retention arrangements; the negotiation of employment, severance and change in control agreements; and compensation-related corporate governance and disclosure matters.
