Davis Polk advised the underwriters in connection with a Regulation S offering by Fufeng Group Limited of $350 million aggregate principal amount of its 5.875% bonds due 2021.

Fufeng Group Limited is a bio-fermentation products manufacturer with corn-based biochemical product lines. Their product offerings include the food additives segment (such as MSG), animal nutrition segment, high-end amino-acid segment and xantham gum segment, which are used in the food, beverage, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, shale gas and other industries.
