We advised the joint bookrunners on the IPO, São Paulo Stock Exchange and Bermuda Stock Exchange listing

Davis Polk advised the joint bookrunners in connection with the initial public offering by G2D Investments, Ltd. of 36,312,850 Brazilian depositary receipts, or BDRs, each BDR representing one Class A common shares of the company, for an aggregate amount of approximately R$260 million. The BDRs trade on the São Paulo Stock Exchange and the Class A common shares trade on the Bermuda Stock Exchange. The securities sold in the international offering were placed under Rule 144A and Regulation S.
