We advised GrowthCurve Capital on the transaction

Davis Polk advised GrowthCurve Capital in connection with its acquisition of a controlling interest in Brightway Insurance, Inc. and certain of its affiliates (“Brightway Insurance”) and the related financing for the transaction. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
