We advised the underwriters on the IPO and Nasdaq listing

Davis Polk advised the representatives of the several underwriters in connection with the $150 million initial public offering of 15,000,000 shares of common stock of Kaltura, Inc. Kaltura is traded on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the trading symbol “KLTR.”

Kaltura provides a wide array of video services, with a mission to power any video experience, for any organization. Kaltura’s live and on-demand video SaaS solutions are deployed to thousands of organizations globally, engaging hundreds of millions of viewers at home, at work and at school.
