We advised the underwriters in an offering of debt securities

Davis Polk advised the representatives of the several underwriters in connection with a registered offering by KKR Group Finance Co. IX LLC, a wholly owned finance subsidiary of KKR & Co. Inc., of $500 million aggregate principal amount of 4.625% subordinated notes due 2061.

KKR is a leading global investment firm that offers alternative asset management and capital markets and insurance solutions. KKR has completed more than 375 private equity investments with a total transaction value in excess of $650 billion as of December 31, 2020.
