We advised the underwriters on the IPO of ADSs

Davis Polk advised the underwriters in connection with the $50 million SEC-registered initial public offering by Kuke Music Holding Limited of 5,000,000 American depositary shares, each representing one Class A ordinary share. Kuke Music Holding Limited has granted the underwriters an option to purchase up to an additional 750,000 ADSs. The ADSs are listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “KUKE”.

Kuke Music is a leading provider of classical music licensing, subscription and education services in China and an organizer of renowned classical musical events.
