Davis Polk is advising Lightyear Capital LLC in connection with its sale of Datalot Inc. to Centerfield Media Holdings, LLC. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Centerfield is a technology-driven marketing and customer acquisition company driving millions of sales for residential services, business services and telecommunications brands.
