Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance Company, Limited $910 Million Step-Up Callable Perpetual Subordinated Notes Offering
Davis Polk advised the joint book runners in connection with a Rule 144A/Regulation S offering by Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance Company of its $910 million aggregate amount of 4.950% step-up callable perpetual subordinated notes. The notes are listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited.
Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance Company is one of the largest non-life insurance companies in Japan and a core operating company of MS&AD, Japan’s largest non-life insurance group in terms of net premiums written.
