Mountain & Co. I Acquisition $230 million IPO
We advised the SPAC on its IPO and Nasdaq listing
Davis Polk advised Mountain & Co. I Acquisition Corp. on its $230 million initial public offering of 23,000,000 units, including 3,000,000 units sold pursuant to the full exercise of the underwriters’ over-allotment option. Each unit had an initial offering price of $10 and consists of one Class A ordinary share and one-half of one redeemable warrant. The units, the shares and the warrants are listed on the Nasdaq Global Market.
Mountain & Co. I Acquisition Corp. is a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) incorporated for the purpose of effecting a business combination with one or more businesses or entities. Mountain & Co. I Acquisition has not yet selected any specific business combination target, and intends to focus on the consumer internet and B2B digital infrastructure sectors.
