We advised Nextracker on its spinoff

Davis Polk advised Nextracker Inc. in connection with the completion of the spinoff by Flex Ltd. of its ownership in Nextracker through a distribution of approximately 51% of Nextracker’s total outstanding common stock to Flex’s shareholders on a pro rata basis.

Nextracker is a leading provider of intelligent, integrated solar tracker and software solutions used in utility-scale and distributed generation solar projects around the world.
