Davis Polk advised Red Bull GmbH on its minority investment in 49ers Enterprises Global Football Group, the owner of Leeds United Football Club (Leeds United), and a sponsorship agreement with Leeds United.

Red Bull GmbH, headquartered in Salzburg, Austria, is a producer of energy drinks known for its innovative marketing concepts, often involving sports.

49ers Enterprises Global Football Group LLC is the strategic arm of the San Francisco 49ers, focused on investments in teams, leagues and other sports properties. Leeds United, based in Leeds, England, is a soccer club currently participating in the Championship, the second-highest tier of English league soccer.
