Robinhood $2.1 billion IPO

Davis Polk advised the representatives of the several underwriters in connection with the approximately $2.1 billion initial public offering of 55,000,000 shares of Class A common stock of Robinhood Markets, Inc., of which 52,375,000 shares of Class A common stock were issued and sold by Robinhood and 2,625,000 shares of Class A common stock were sold by selling stockholders. Robinhood is traded on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the trading symbol “HOOD.”
