We advised the underwriters on the SEC-registered equity offering

Davis Polk advised representatives of the underwriters in connection with an $883 million SEC-registered offering of 36,800,000 shares of Class A common stock of Skillz, Inc., which includes the full exercise of the underwriters’ option to purchase additional shares and includes 19,800,000 shares sold by certain selling stockholders. Skillz Inc.’s common stock is traded on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “SKLZ.”

Based in San Francisco, California, Skillz is a leading mobile games platform that connects players around the world in fair, fun and meaningful competition. The Skillz platform helps developers build multi-million dollar franchises by enabling social competition in their games.
