We advised Snail on its IPO and Nasdaq listing

Davis Polk advised Snail, Inc. on its SEC-registered initial public offering of 3,000,000 shares of Class A common stock for total gross proceeds of $15 million. Snail is listed on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the ticker symbol “SNAL.”
