Davis Polk advised the representatives of the several underwriters in connection with the $303.6 million initial public offering of 13,200,000 shares of Class A common stock of TaskUS, Inc., of which 5,553,154 shares of Class A common stock were issued and sold by TaskUs and 7,646,846 shares of Class A common stock were sold by an affiliate of The Blackstone Group Inc. and other shareholders. TaskUs is traded on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the trading symbol “TASK.”
