  • Ara Partners in the formation of its Ara Fund II and Ara Fund III industrial decarbonization funds as well as dedicated co-investment vehicles.
  • Bain Capital in the closing of its $1.15 billion inaugural insurance-focused private equity fund, Bain Capital Insurance Fund, L.P.
  • PSG in the formation of multiple funds, including PSG Europe, a €1.25 billion European growth fund, PSG V, a $4.5 billion North America growth fund, PSG IV, a $2 billion North America growth fund, PSG III, a $1.3 billion North America growth fund, PSG Europe II and PSG Encore.
  • Global Infrastructure Partners in the formation of multiple funds, including the $22 billion Global Infrastructure Partners IV, and the firm’s acquisition by BlackRock for total consideration of $3 billion of cash and approximately 12 million shares of BlackRock common stock.

  • Leeds Equity Partners in the formation of Leeds Equity Partners Fund VI, a $760 million U.S. buyout fund, and the $100 million recapitalization of Leeds Equity Partners Fund IV.
  • Newport Global Advisors in the recapitalization of Newport Global Opportunities Fund LP.
  • Glendon Capital Management in the formation of Glendon Opportunities Fund II, a $2.5 billion global credit opportunities fund.
  • Gávea Investimentos and Vinci Partners in various Brazil-focused fundraising activities.
