These include prepackaged and traditional bankruptcies, out-of-court workouts, debtor-in-possession financings, section 363 sales, liability management transactions and cross-border insolvency proceedings.
Aryeh has handled restructurings in the energy, power, automotive, telecommunications and aviation industries.
