Kate represents companies, financial institutions and individuals in civil and criminal matters, including investigations of alleged violations of the FCPA, fraud and other financial crimes. She has represented clients in connection with internal investigations, as well as investigations by various governmental authorities, including the U.S. Department of Justice, U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and the Federal Reserve. Kate also advises clients on anti-corruption compliance, including in connection with corporate transactions.
