Davis Polk partner Dan Stipano was quoted in the Wall Street Journal discussing the potential impact of a Democratic-controlled Senate on financial services policy and regulation. Stipano noted that due to the current political climate, more stringent regulation, particularly regarding consumer protection and fair lending, could be coming.
