Davis Polk Advises Comcast Corporation on Its $4.75 Billion Notes Offering
Davis Polk advised Comcast Corporation on its $4.75 billion SEC-registered debt offering of 2.650% notes due 2030, 3.250% notes due 2039 and 3.450% notes due 2050.
Comcast is a global media and technology company with three primary businesses, Comcast Cable, NBCUniversal and Sky. Comcast Cable is one of the nation’s largest providers of video, high-speed Internet, voice, wireless, and security and automation services to residential customers under the XFINITY brand, and also provides these and other services to business customers and sells advertising. NBCUniversal operates national and international cable networks that provide a variety of entertainment, news and information, sports content, the NBC and Telemundo broadcast networks, filmed entertainment businesses and theme parks. Sky is a consumer entertainment company in Europe, providing entertainment and communication services to consumers primarily in the United Kingdom, Germany and Italy.
