Davis Polk Advises Morgan Stanley on Its Acquisition of Solium Capital
Davis Polk is advising Morgan Stanley on its $900 million acquisition of Solium Capital Inc. The transaction is expected to close in the second quarter of 2019, subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals, and other customary closing conditions.
