Davis Polk advised the representatives of the underwriters in connection with an SEC-registered offering by Emerson Electric Co. of $500 million aggregate principal amount of 1.800% notes due 2027, $500 million aggregate principal amount of 1.950% notes due 2030 and $500 million aggregate principal amount of 2.750% notes due 2050.
