We are advising GHK Capital Partners and Supreme Cabinetry Brands on the transaction

Davis Polk is advising GHK Capital Partners on the sale of Supreme Cabinetry Brands to a subsidiary of MasterBrand, Inc. for $520 million. The transaction is expected to be completed during the third quarter of 2024, subject to customary closing conditions, including antitrust clearance in the United States.

GHK Capital Partners, founded in 2018 and based in Greenwich, Connecticut, is a private equity firm pursuing control investments in industrials companies across North America.

Supreme Cabinetry Brands is a leading manufacturer of residential cabinetry in America, with a portfolio of product lines significantly focused on the premium cabinetry segment.

MasterBrand, Inc. is a leading manufacturer of residential cabinets in North America and offers a comprehensive portfolio of leading residential cabinetry products for the kitchen, bathroom and other parts of the home.
