McKesson $850 million acquisition of controlling interest in PRISM Vision

Davis Polk is advising McKesson Corporation on its acquisition of an 80% interest in PRISM Vision Holdings, LLC for approximately $850 million. PRISM Vision physicians will continue to retain a 20% interest in PRISM Vision. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions, including necessary regulatory clearances.
