Davis Polk advised the representatives of the underwriters in connection with the follow-on offering of 5,175,000 shares of common stock for Natera, Inc. for total gross proceeds of $103.5 million. The shares are listed on the NASDAQ under the symbol “NTRA.”

Based in San Carlos, California, Natera is a genetics testing company that develops and commercializes non-invasive methods for analyzing DNA.  It offers a host of proprietary genetic testing services to inform physicians who manage pregnant women, researchers in cancer including biopharmaceutical companies, and genetic laboratories through its cloud-based Constellationsoftware platform.
