Baker Hughes sale of Nexus Controls to GE Gas Power

Davis Polk is advising Baker Hughes on the sale of Nexus Controls to GE’s Gas Power business. Financial terms of the transaction have not been disclosed. The transaction, which is subject to customary closing conditions including regulatory approval and mandatory information and consultation processes with employees and their representatives, is expected to close in the second quarter of 2023.
