Davis Polk Advises Comcast on Its Acquisition of Craftsy
Davis Polk is advising Comcast Corporation in connection with Comcast’s acquisition of majority ownership of Craftsy, a leader in the lifestyle learning entertainment space. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Comcast is a global media and technology company with two primary businesses, Comcast Cable and NBCUniversal. With a community of more than 12 million crafters and hobbyists and over a million active visitors each week, Craftsy produces high-quality, interactive video classes and downloadable workshops led by experts in areas such as cooking, cake-decorating, knitting, quilting, jewelry-making and photography.
