Davis Polk is advising Fandango in connection with its acquisition of Ingresso.com from B2W Companhia Digital, a Latin American e-commerce company. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The acquisition, subject to regulatory review and other customary closing conditions, is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2015.

Fandango, a unit of NBCUniversal, is the leading provider of online and mobile movie tickets in the United States, reaching 42 million unique visitors per month. With more than six million registered customers, Ingresso.com is Brazil’s largest online and mobile movie ticketing service.
