Davis Polk is advising Figure Technologies, Inc. on its merger with Homebridge Financial Services, Inc. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Figure is a leader in transforming financial services through blockchain technology. Homebridge Financial Services is one of the largest privately held, non-bank lenders in the United States.
