Davis Polk advised the representatives of the several underwriters in connection with the initial public offering of 22,000,000 shares of Class A common stock of Reddit, Inc., of which 15,276,527 shares were issued and sold by the company and 6,723,473 shares were sold by the selling stockholders. The Class A common stock is listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol “RDDT.”

First launched in 2005, Reddit is a global, digital city where anyone in the world can join a community to learn from one another, engage in authentic conversations, explore passions, research new hobbies, exchange goods and services, create new communities and experiences, share a few laughs and find belonging.
